Dr. Mark Leitman wrote the book. Specifically, The Manual For Eye Examination and Diagnosis, now in its 10th edition. It is a text that has been recognized and accepted worldwide. It is the go to eye manual for ophthalmology students at medical colleges throughout the country. Among many other notable attributes, Dr. Leitman is Clinical Assistant Professor at Albert Einstein College of Medicine at Motefiore Medical Center. More importantly to me is that Dr. Leitman has treated my mother, my mother-in-law and all of my children and he is considered a friend to all in our family.
