New Brunswick 2001

Here's what Jim really likes the most. He's working as hard as he can, while club member Joe Butewicz is inspecting a 6 pound cannon ball that was just pulled from this privy and Billy Geisz is just standing around watching. This was a good site. In about 18 months from 2001 till June of 2002 Jim, Ernest Bower, Joe Butewicz and Bill Geisz dug about 90 privies on a two block site that was bordered by New, Neilson, Richmond and Burnett Streets. Schureman Street bisected the square from West to East resulting in two blocks of undug early New Brunswick that was covered by a large parking lot since the early 70's
